A candidate is anyone you invite to take an assessment in a given calendar month. Inviting the same person to two different assessments counts as two. The limit resets on the 1st of each month.
You will be notified when you approach your limit. Existing invitations stay active, but new ones are paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and billing adjusts pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
